Getting started is easy! First, create your account and complete your profile. Then, browse the skills categories and create your first gig offering. Make sure to include clear descriptions, competitive pricing, and showcase your portfolio. Once your gig is approved, you can start receiving orders.

Payments are processed within 14 days after order completion. Once a client marks an order as complete, the funds enter a clearance period for security purposes. After clearance, the money is available in your wallet and you can request withdrawal at any time.

We support multiple withdrawal methods including bank transfer (local and international), PayPal, Payoneer, and mobile money. You can add and manage your payment methods in the Wallet section under Payment Methods.

If you encounter issues with a client, first try to resolve it through direct communication. If that doesn't work, you can file a dispute through our Dispute Center. Our mediation team will review both sides and make a fair decision. All funds are held safely in escrow during the dispute process.

Yes! You can specify the number of revisions included in each package when creating your gig. We recommend offering at least 1–2 revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond what's included can be offered as extras.

To improve your ranking: (1) Complete orders on time with high quality, (2) Maintain excellent communication with clients, (3) Get positive reviews, (4) Keep your gig descriptions updated and keyword-optimized, (5) Stay active and respond quickly to messages, and (6) Consider upgrading to Pro membership for featured placement.

If you're running late, communicate with your client immediately. You can request a delivery extension through the order page. Most clients are understanding if you communicate early and professionally. Repeated late deliveries can affect your seller rating.

Pro membership gives you enhanced visibility, priority support, advanced analytics, and the ability to create more gigs. Pro sellers also get a badge on their profile and gigs, which builds trust with potential clients. You can upgrade to Pro from your subscription settings.
