How do I create an account on AinsGigs?
Click 'Sign In' at the top of the page and choose 'Sign Up'. You'll be redirected to our secure Azure AD B2C login system where you can create your account using your email or social login options.

Do I need to verify my account?
Basic accounts don't require verification, but you'll have a ₦50,000 limit on gig value. For unlimited earning potential, complete KYC verification. It's free if your wallet reaches ₦90,000, otherwise it costs a small fee.

What are the platform fees?
AinsGigs charges only 10% on completed orders — one of the lowest rates in the industry. There are no monthly fees, signup fees, or hidden charges. Clients pay the exact gig price with no markup.

How do I get paid?
After completing an order and receiving client approval, funds are added to your wallet. You can withdraw to your Nigerian bank account (₦100 fee) or international payment methods. Payments are processed via Flutterwave.

What currencies do you support?
We support NGN (Nigerian Naira), USD (US Dollar), EUR (Euro), and GBP (British Pound). You can set your gig prices in any of these currencies.

How does KYC verification work?
Upload a government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID) and take a selfie for liveness verification. Our team manually reviews each submission within 24–48 hours. Verified users get a badge and unlimited earning potential.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes! All payments are processed through Flutterwave, a PCI-DSS compliant processor. We use escrow protection — funds are held until work is approved. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

How do I create a gig?
Go to Dashboard → Create Gig. Fill in your service details, pricing, delivery time, and requirements. Add portfolio images to showcase your work. Your gig goes live immediately after submission.

Yes! You can create unlimited gigs across different categories. Each gig can have its own pricing, delivery time, and requirements.

What is Pro subscription?
Pro subscription (₦10,000/month) gives you priority placement in search results, a Pro badge, homepage featuring, and priority support. It's optional — you can succeed as a freelancer without it.

How do I hire a freelancer?
Browse gigs or freelancer profiles, check ratings and reviews, then click 'Order Now'. Fill in your requirements, make payment via Flutterwave, and start communicating with the freelancer through our messaging system.

What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
Request revisions based on the gig's revision policy. If the freelancer doesn't deliver as promised, open a dispute within the order page. Our team will review and mediate fairly within 3–5 business days.

How long does it take to complete an order?
Delivery time varies by gig and is set by the freelancer. Check the gig details before ordering. Most gigs range from 1–7 days. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, but cancellation policies vary. Contact the freelancer first to resolve any issues. If work hasn't started, they may agree to cancel. For disputes, use our dispute resolution system.

How do I delete my account?
Contact our support team through the Help Center. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure all active orders are completed and funds are withdrawn before requesting deletion.
